A large autos only junkyard has existed for years on the outskirts of Erie. Note how old VWs have been arranged - microbuses first level, bugs on top.
Nikon D700 with 105mm 2.5 PC Auto lens (manual focus) at f5.6 1/640s ISO 400. Unlike some other camera makers, Nikon kept the essentials of its lens mount system when it introduced auto focus, electronic, and finally digital SLR bodies. Not in itself a reason to use Nikon, but it is nice to be able to buy and use some of the high quality lenses of the past.
